Shipping Policy

Shape the Scenario™ is currently available for pre-order. As this is our first-ever production run, manufacturing will begin immediately after the pre-sale period closes. Shipping will begin immediately once the batches are fulfilled. 

International orders ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). The recipient is responsible for any local VAT, duties, or customs clearance fees assessed by their country.

Estimated fulfillment time: approximately 2 months from the end of pre-sale — though we're actively working to get orders out sooner, and it could be SIGNIFICANTLY shorter.

We'll post consistent updates throughout the manufacturing process, so you'll always know where things stand. If anything gets expedited, you'll be the first to know.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking information.
