Refund & Return Policy

All Shape the Scenario™ orders are final sale. We are unable to process returns or refunds at this time.

Every order ships mint condition and shrinkwrapped directly from our facility, so you can trust you're receiving the game exactly as intended.

If your order arrives damaged or there's an issue with your shipment, please reach out to us at team@shapethescenario.com and we'll make it right.

 

EU Customers: 14-Day Right of Return

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging including all original shrink wrap and protective materials intact.

To initiate a return, contact us at team@shapethescenario.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status and process your refund to the original payment method.

Please note that for pre-order items, the 14-day return window begins from the date you receive your order, not the date of purchase.
